Blogging Partner for Affiliate Marketing Site

Description

I have just founded an affiliate marketing blog and need a blogging partner. I am looking for someone who has solid experience as an Internet or affiliate marketer who can share the revenues with me.

About the blog:

Economic Myths and Lies is a blog that is dedicated to dispelling many of the misconceptions of our economy and how it works.

The main theme of the blog is helping us overcome many of the problems currently facing our economy by teaching the world how to reframe these ideas and approach our economic problems in a different way.

The blog will be monetized through a combination of Google Adsense and commissions from various affiliate marketing products.

About the partnership:

I am planning on writing most of the blog content. However, it would be helpful if I had a partner that has a background in economics who would give me input and help me with editing. If my partner is interested in writing content with me, I would be happy to do so. A background in economics is not a requirement, but would help the quality of the site considerably.

Most importantly, my partner must have a solid track record as an Internet marketer. An understanding of SEO, social media marketing and blogging are all essential skills for anyone I would consider as a partner. I would prefer a partner with experience in affiliate marketing.

I am looking for a partner who will assist me with the following:

• Selecting affiliate products
• Maintaining the website
• Building relationships with readers, other bloggers and members of social networking circles
• Conducting keyword research
• Developing and implementing a marketing strategy

Compensation for this partnership would be a revenue sharing system. At the moment, I am looking for a partner who would be willing to work for 50% of all profits. I would be willing to entertain giving my partner an even higher percentage if they are willing to consider making this a full-time endeavor. However, I would ask to be able to pay for my hosting fees with any revenue each month. The same courtesy would be extended to my partner for any capital invested.

How to apply

Send me a background of your experiences with Internet marketing (highlighting any affiliate marketing experience if applicable and blogging. Please send any links to blog posts, social media profiles, testimonials and any other information which would help me understand your skills and experience. If you have any knowledge, education or work experience in the field of economics, please highlight that as well. Also, describe what ideas you have for the blog, how you intend to implement them and what you would like your exact role to be as my

Total Call Founder and CEO Retires

Gardena, California (MMD Newswire) January 31, 2012 — Total Call International today announced that Mark Leafstedt, the founder and CEO, has elected to retire. He will continue on as a member of the board of directors.

Leafstedt founded Total Call International, and it began operations in 1999. The company moved from a start?up to a major carrier providing services to the calling card industry in a relatively short period of time. In 2006, Total Call International entered the MVNO market, creating Total Call Mobile which has become a significant player in the prepaid wireless segment of the industry.

In March of 2010, the owners of Total Call International and Total Call Mobile elected to sell the companies to KDDI America, an affiliate of the KDDI Corporation.

In announcing his retirement, Leafstedt said, “I have had a very rewarding period in my life these past 12 + years in seeing a company go from start?up to a major player in the industry. This in no way could have been accomplished without the support from the loyal employees, distributors, and vendors that I have had the privilege of working with this past decade. My best to all of you.”

Leafstedt also noted the strong support provided by the employees of KDDI America in effecting the transaction and ongoing growth of the company. “Many thanks to the folks at KDDI America and my best of luck to you going forward,” noted Leafstedt.

Masaaki Nakanishi, the President and CEO of the parent company, KDDI America, is taking over as CEO of Total Call International and Total Call Mobile.

Nakanishi said, “Thanks to the effort and dedication of Mark, Total Call International and Total Call Mobile have solid business assets. Effective distribution channels, good vendor relationships, and dedicated employees are some examples. I am excited to be in a position to lead these companies into the next stage of growth based on the foundation that Mark has built over the past 12 years.”

US Labor Department’s OSHA cites Scranton, Pa., tire company for repeatedly exposing employees to workplace safety hazards

SCRANTON, Pa. (MMD Newswire) January 30, 2012 — The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Scranton Dunlop Inc., doing business as Sandone Tire, for 19 – including four repeat – safety violations at its Scranton facility. OSHA initiated an inspection as part of the agency’s Site-Specific Targeting Program for industries with high injury and illness rates. Proposed penalties total $58,800.

The repeat violations with $26,600 in penalties include failing to ensure that open-sided floors and/or platforms 4 feet or higher above the ground were guarded with standard railings and toe boards; ensure that employees were able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools or special knowledge; properly guard pulleys with parts 7 feet or lower from the floor or work platform; properly guard horizontal belts; provide proper covers for all pull boxes and fittings; and install face plates for snap switches mounted in boxes. The company was cited for the same violations in 2008. A repeat violation exists when an employer previously has been cited for the same or a similar violation of a standard, regulation, rule or order at any other facility in federal enforcement states within the last five years.

“By failing to correct these hazards, Scranton Dunlop continues to leave workers vulnerable to the risk of serious injuries and possible death,” said Mark Stelmack, OSHA’s area director in Wilkes Barre. “Employers have a legal responsibility to provide employees with safe and healthful workplaces.”

Eleven serious violations with $32,200 in penalties involve failing to provide railings and other guards for stairways, provide intermediate railings in other areas, provide water sprinklers for a paint spray booth, make portable fire extinguishers available and accessible, train workers on using fire extinguishers and forklifts, correct a variety of electrical hazards, inspect powered industrial trucks, secure lifted loads, and separate oxygen and fuel-gas cylinders. A serious violation occurs when there is substantial probability that death or serious physical harm could result from a hazard about which the employer knew or should have known.

Four other-than-serious violations with no penalties involve uncovered floor holes, substandard exit signs, an inadequate inspection of the energy control program and unlabeled hazardous chemical containers. An other-than-serious violation is one that has a direct relationship to job safety and health, but probably would not cause death or serious physical harm.

Sandone Tire, which employs about 75 workers, has 15 business days from receipt of the

New York, New York (MMD Newswire) January 24, 2012 — New Jersey Best Phone Cards Corp. (NJB), a leading telecommunications product company based out of New Jersey continues to purse organic growth as well as MA opportunities, now most recently with the asset acquisition of Power Telecom Team (PTT).

Raaid Thabata, CEO of NJB views the purchase of PTT’s assets, including intellectual property rights, as part of a strategic move to strengthen NJB’s presence in the prepaid telecommunications industry in the US. Change Group Americas (CGA), a Corporate Finance firm in New York City that had a key role in the previous acquisition of NJB by Mox Telecom, stewarded the purchase of PTT. Thabata commented on his resolve to acquire PTT as the “formalization of a relationship that will only help us gain significant momentum in the industry”. Zeynep Ivet Bandirma, a member of CGA’s Corporate Finance Team who worked alongside her colleagues in the Legal Team and Financial Accounting Team at CGA, suggests that this move “has strengthened NJB’s position as a ‘key player’ in the pre-paid phone card industry, especially in the State of New Jersey”. The acquisition process was planned and executed based on CGA’s rigorous, in-house domain expertise and unique organization model. Ms. Bandirma further states that the “phone card industry is a unique breed, so it was of vital importance to our success to ensure that we knew as much about their business as they did”.

NJB is the leader in New Jersey but stands to competitively move up the ranks in other states, as well.
